What I Ate Wednesday: 21 Day Fix with Paleo Meals (2/3/16)

I wanted to post this last night, but I was too tired so I decided to listen to my body and just go to bed early!
Wednesday meals were easy with the help of leftovers, which are one of my keys to success. Plus I'm not tempted to eat out, which isn't only more healthy for me but is also more budget-friendly.
I had something different planned for breakfast, but when I woke up I wanted something light. I made one of my favorite combinations: thawed frozen sweet cherries mixed with Greek yogurt with a packet of stevia and a little vanilla extract. I topped it off with an orange container of berry Larabar Renola (grain-free granola). This tastes like a dessert to me...if you think you don't like Greek yogurt, give this one a try because it's sooo good!
1 purple, 1 red, 1 orange
Snack 1 was a golden delicious apple while taking a coffee break at Starbucks. I also had a decaf Americano with nothing else added.
Lunch was leftover Sunshine Sweet Potato Soup, and a salad with mixed baby greens, 1 tsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and rotisserie chicken. I seriously love this soup. It's so full of spices and has been helping keep me warm on these damp days we've been having.
1 yellow, 2 green, 1 blue, 1 red, 2 tsp
I think I invented a new Shakeology recipe...maybe? I'm going to call it Purple Haze Shakeology: 1 scoop of vanilla with 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk, 1 cup blueberries, and a few drops of hazelnut flavoring. So pretty and purple!

Dinner was a turkey burger, roasted white sweet potatoes, leftover steamed veggies, lettuce, and onion. I added a teaspoon of mayonnaise and some spicy mustard.
1 red, 2 tsp, 2 green, 1 yellow
